Nanny Jobs LA is a private staffing job board that automatically pulls current LA nanny and household roles from agency websites into one searchable place. The system does the scraping and initial cleanup, and I need you as the human quality check: reviewing uncertain listings, fixing obvious errors, and deciding what should go live or stay held.
Your role
You are the human quality layer between the automated scrapers and the public board. The system gathers and cleans the jobs; your part is deciding whether a listing is accurate enough to trust, correcting obvious misses, and holding back anything misleading.

- Area checks
- Codex flags
- Obvious pay misses
- Wrong role or wrong neighborhood
Always use
Agency post is the source of truth. Use the original agency listing to decide whether our fields are accurate enough to publish.
What to do
- Save fields = save edits only
- Save + Publish = save edits and force live
- Thumbs up = force live
- Thumbs down = keep held
- Reset = clear manual override
- Needs Codex eyes = recurring or system issue
Publish if
- Role is right
- Area is right
- Listing is current
- Agency page supports it
Hold if
- Location is mixed or wrong
- Role is wrong
- Listing looks stale
- Scrape looks unreliable
Flag Codex if
- The same problem repeats across many jobs
- The same agency keeps breaking
- A source site appears to have changed
Cadence
- Check the queue once per day
- Focus on the highest-confidence cleanup first
- Focus on trust, not perfection
Important: do not try to perfect everything. Prioritize trust, not volume.
